Book Fund

Get Started

The Book Fund Program provides an opportunity for your organization to order high-quality, low-cost books for children from birth through 12th grade. RIF’s book inventory includes thousands of titles at a discount made possible because of RIF’s longstanding relationships with the nation’s top publishers. Books that normally retail for $5-$25 cost just $4 each online in RIF’s Bookstore, making each dollar go even further for the children you serve.

Getting started with Book Fund is easy.
  • Use the form above to provide RIF with some basic data on your organization and the intended book recipients.
  • RIF will email you an order confirmation outlining the cost to your organization and payment methods.
  • Upon receipt of your payment and any required documentation (as noted in the confirmation email), RIF will set up your online account in the RIF Bookstore.
  • Once your account has been set up, you will receive an email with your login information so you can start shopping and place as many orders as needed until your pre-paid book allocation is depleted. Please note, the RIF team does not place book orders on behalf of Book Fund participants.
  • It may take up to 1 week to set up your RIF Bookstore account, depending on how quickly paperwork and payment is returned to RIF. Please assume up to 3 weeks for shipping once an online order is placed.
  • RIF covers the cost of shipping for all RIF Bookstore orders to commercial addresses.
  • A minimum 50-book purchase is required to participate in Book Fund.
*Sales tax has not been included in this price. If your organization is exempt from sales tax, you must submit the required documentation to RIF or you will be charged sales tax. If your organization is not sales tax exempt, RIF will charge sales tax based on the address to which books will be shipped. You will be invoiced separately for the actual sales tax after the books have been ordered and shipped.
