No Monkeys, No Chocolate utilizes a dual-layered text to appeal to readers of a wide range in age and grade level. Throughout this guide you’ll find activities to use with younger children (kindergarten to grade two) as well as older readers (grades three to five). The activities directly address a variety of standards across the curriculum (see list below). After each activity you’ll find an abbreviation of the standard addressed by that activity.
