Hatchet

On his way to visit his father in northern Canada, 13-year-old Brian Robeson’s plane crashes, and he is left with nothing but a hatchet, a farewell gift from his mother. Brian learns how to survive in the wilderness by fishing, hunting, and finding shelter. Eventually, he figures out a rescue plan and reunites with his father.
