Marc Walby has more than 25 years of international industry experience driving organizational, operational and technological transformation in areas such as Risk Management, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Anti Money Laundering, Regulation, Governance and Audit.
Mr. Walby most recently served Senior Managing Director in the Financial Services practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to FTI Consulting, he served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank’s Risk Management Division in the Americas and also served for a period as Interim Americas Chief Risk Officer where he led the division and represented Risk Management on the Bank’s senior governance bodies and at various regulatory and external industry forums.
Mr. Walby joined Deutsche Bank from KPMG where he was a Partner in the Financial Services Advisory practice, responsible for leading client engagements in risk management, treasury, Sarbanes-Oxley, financial reporting, business process reengineering, internal control assessments and remediation, and internal audit.
Mr. Walby holds a B.Sc. Degree from the University of Warwick, U.K. He is an ACA, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and serves as a Board Member for the St. George’s Society of New York and New York Welsh.
