Cammie L. Backus
Vice President — Cammie joined RIF as a member of the programs department in 2000, moving to the executive office in 2006. As vice president, she serves as liaison to the board of directors, planning and executing several board and committee meetings annually.

Tracey L. Beeker
Vice President, Marketing and Communications — Before joining RIF, Beeker was chief strategist at BE MORE consultants, leading communications and advocacy campaigns for clients including ZERO TO THREE and Education = Hope. As Account Director at Barkley Public Relations, she developed integrated marketing plans for a broad range of corporate and nonprofit clients.

Vice President, Development — Aileen Moffatt joined RIF in February 2014 as vice president of development after serving in a consultant capacity for more than two years. Aileen brings with her more than 30 years of management and leadership experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, with a focus on development, fundraising, marketing, and promotion.

Julie S. Rodriguez
Vice President, Literacy Services — Julie joined RIF in August of 2015 and currently serves as vice president of literacy services. In this role, Julie works to strengthen and promote RIF’s literacy initiatives across the country, including its signature Books for Ownership program and Read for Success, a proven program model aimed at elementary students to reduce summer reading loss and improve literacy proficiency all year long.

Director of Government Relations & Community Outreach — Jennifer Moone joined RIF in 2011. In her role, she oversees RIF’s relationships on Capitol Hill and with its many community partners. Working to bolster awareness of RIF’s work with lawmakers, she coordinates closely with legislative offices concerning RIF’s federal priorities. She also manages RIF’s initiatives with national civic and community organizations that serve as dedicated volunteers and fundraisers on behalf of RIF’s mission. This includes entities like Lions Club International, the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, Kiwanis Clubs, and Junior Leagues, to name a few.
