Since January, Reading Is Fundamental has been running something we're really proud of: the Read with RIF Book Club. Every month, we spotlight one standout book for kids, spanning everything from early childhood picture books to middle grade reads. It's a shared reading experience built to connect families, educators, and communities through story, with discussion questions, activities, and resources that bring each book to life.
Sixty years after RIF began putting books into children’s hands, our commitment to free and equitable access has never been stronger. Today, through RIF’s reading app, Skybrary, we’re bringing our mission full circle—providing 100 free books to every child and ensuring that all children, everywhere, have the opportunity to read, learn, and grow.
